[Simmered dish] Pork cartilage simmered in miso

[Grilled fish] Grilled Pacific saury with Japanese pepper, chestnuts simmered in their skins, and scallops

[Post-sashimi] *Depends on the type of ikizukuri you choose

(If ordering squid) Sashimi tempura

(If ordering mackerel) Shrimp and seasonal vegetable tempura

[Rice dish] Autumn salmon and mushroom seasoned rice topped with salmon roe
