[Live Fish] Live squid sashimi or live filefish sashimi

*If no selection is made, we will use squid.

*If we do not have the fish in stock, we will use other live fish instead.

[Simmered Dish] Duck Jibuni (a type of stew) with spring vegetables

[Grilled Dishes] Wagyu Beef Steak
